Refund Policy

Monthly retainers
Retainers are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel with 30 days notice, no further invoices are issued. Partial months are not refunded once work has commenced, but all contracted deliverables for the paid period are completed or handover documentation is provided.
Project work
For fixed-scope projects (audits, migrations, builds), refunds are prorated based on work completed at the time of cancellation. Deposits cover scheduled capacity and are refundable minus work already performed.
First-30-days guarantee
If you are genuinely dissatisfied within the first 30 days of a new retainer, tell us. We will either fix the issue or refund the unused portion of that first month. We can offer this because our work is documented from day one.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (ad spend, stock assets, tool licenses) are passed through at cost and are not refundable once incurred.
How to request
Email us from your account email with your invoice reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
