The service
Infinity Enterprise provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid media management, content, design, development, and analytics. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed before work begins.
No guaranteed outcomes
Search rankings, advertising costs, and platform algorithms are controlled by third parties. We commit to professional process, documented deliverables, and transparent reporting - we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, assets, approvals, and accurate information needed to perform the work, and to ensure your products, claims, and website content comply with applicable law.
Ownership & accounts
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ad accounts, analytics properties, websites, and creative produced under a paid engagement are owned by you. We retain the right to reference general, non-confidential learnings.
Payment
Retainers are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Project work is billed per the payment schedule in your proposal. Late payments may pause work after notice.
Cancellation
Monthly engagements can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Project cancellations are handled per the proposal terms. See our Refund Policy for refund specifics.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, platform policy changes, or third-party service outages.
Governing terms
These terms are supplemented by your signed proposal. If any provision conflicts, the proposal prevails for that engagement.
